For years I've been leading with more vision than my organization had the right structure to sustain. Dr. Dan West helped me change that. Dr. West has been one of the most influential mentors in my life. I first met him in high school when I began shadowing at his dental practice, and after working alongside him as a hygienist for nearly four years, his encouragement and belief in me ultimately pushed me to pursue dental school and become a dentist myself.
